What hardware is required for Aztra WEB POS?Aztra WEB POS works on standard PC setups with Windows 10 or higher. For optimal performance, we recommend a minimum of 4GB RAM, an i3 processor or equivalent, and 128GB storage. Compatible peripherals include thermal receipt printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers.
Is there a limit to the number of products I can manage?No, there are no limits to the number of products you can manage in any of our plans. The system is designed to handle extensive inventories efficiently.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Premium later?Yes, you can upgrade from the Starter plan to Premium at any time. We'll apply a prorated credit from your Starter purchase toward the Premium plan setup fee.
What kind of support is included with each plan?The Starter plan includes basic installation support and 30 days of technical assistance.
